Summer Volleyball Programs Are Open!

Stars Volleyball Academy is offering both 2026 Summer Camps and new two weeks of Evening Volleyball Class this summer. Players may register for summer camp weeks, the evening class, or both using the same registration form.

2026 Summer Camps

Our summer camps offer intensive volleyball training for players at different levels, including Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. The Advanced program is designed to help players prepare for high school and club tryouts.

Camp Dates: July 6 – August 7
Levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Format: Half-day and full-day camp options available

New: Volleyball Evening Class

This one-week evening program is designed for intermediate and advanced players who want additional training in the evening. It is a great option for players who cannot attend daytime camp or who want extra preparation before school and club tryouts.

Class Dates: (1) July 20 – July 24; (2) July 27 - July 31
Time: 6:30 – 8:30 pm
Level: Intermediate and Advanced
Location: Briggs Chaney Middle School
Fee: $200 (Get $10 off per week if paid by July 5)

PRIVATE LESSONS are scheduled weekday evenings 6:00-8:00pm at Briggs Chaney Middle School. Please specify the dates, time, and positions/skills you want to be trained. We will assign a qualified and suitable coach based on your request.  [Click Here to Request]

Stay Informed About Future Volleyball Programs

We offer volleyball clinics, summer camps, private lessons, leagues, and club teams, and many of our programs fill very quickly. Because of this high demand, registration is not released to the general public first. Currently enrolled players receive the earliest opportunity to register, followed by families on our Interest List, who are given early registration access shortly after.

Public registration is announced only if space remains after these priority groups have had the opportunity to enroll. In many cases, programs reach full capacity before registration is ever posted publicly.

News & Updates

June 2026: New evening volleyball class added! SVA will offer a one-week evening program from July 20–24, 6:30–8:30 pm at Briggs Chaney Middle School for intermediate and advanced players. The fee is $200. Registration is available through the same summer camp registration form.

March 24, 2026: Summer camp registration is now open! We offer three levels—Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced—with sessions running for 5 weeks from July 6 through August 7. Our Advanced program is designed to prepare players for high school and club tryouts. If you are interested in participating, click HERE to register.

March 13, 2026: The spring clinic is full in all three levels! The clinic class runs from 3/13/2026 to 6/5/2026 on Fridays. Contact us if you have any questions. 

The fall clinic runs from 9/19 to 11/21 on Fridays with all levels. Higher levels will prepare players toward club tryouts. If you are interested in participating, please contact us. Click Here for registration.

September 6. 2024: SVA will open to recruit boys' team for age 14-16. Please see tryout information for registration.

August 20, 2024: Congratulations to all players who have done multiple sessions of private lessons with SVA have made into high school freshman, JV, and Varsity teams! Thank you, Coach Molly for providing those tremendous private lessons with your best effort!

Join Our Coaching Team!

Are you passionate about coaching volleyball? Do you have coaching experience? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our club as coaches.

Positions Available:

  • Head Coach: Lead and inspire our teams to success.
  • Assistant Coaches: Support our players in their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of technical and tactical skills.
  • Strong communication skills to connect with players.
  • Assist in game play in tournaments.
  • Organize and lead team practices.

Term:

  • Flexible options available - Short-term or Long-term commitment.

Preferred Qualifications for Assistant Coaches:

  • College and/or club playing experience with some coaching experience is a plus.

Coaching Hours:

  • Mostly evenings with some weekends.
  • We're flexible to accommodate your work or study schedule.

Practice Locations:

  • Conveniently located in Silver Spring, MD and Columbia, MD.
